Develop a structure-to-quality correlation to set a structural goal for advance NAND product. Build statistical models to map pillar structure characteristics to probe quality indicators. Develop correlation models between inline structure measurements and probe electrical performance metrics to identify key influencing factors. Deliverable: Accurate modeling from structure to quality mapping, early quality impact detection Course of interests: Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics Duration Period: min 5 months (Semester Internship from January 2025 to May 2025)
