You’ll work on:

• Updating sleek End-to-End (E2E) process flowcharts in MS Visio Pro, aligning, andinteracting with global process owners.Refreshing SharePoint sites to be visually engaging, user-friendly, and easy tomanage for site Admins.
• Creating PowerBI dashboards for data-driven decision making and PowerAutomate workflows to boost efficiency.
• Support/coordinate other Procurement Center of Excellence activities dependingon Candidate’s interest
• You will gain hands-on experience in compliance, risk management, and digital tools—while collaborating with a global team that loves solving problems and sharingknowledge.

Wat we vragen

• You must be enrolled in B.A., BSc, master’s, or equivalent studies during theentire internship.
• English proficiency is required.
• We are looking for somebody who is proactive, who loves to communicate withothers, who is eager to learn, and has an appetite for delivering results.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, programming, and data analytics, alongwith the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, are highly valued.
• Preferred start date: Between September 2025 and January 2026, with flexibilityon the exact start and end dates. Duration: 6 to 9 months, depending on projectcompletion.
• You are available to work for 4-5 days a week (with a Hybrid working model).
• You are available and permitted to study in the Netherlands.

During your internship assignment, you will join the Global Procurement Center of
Excellence Team and will work on several projects, such as:

End-to-End Procurement Processes

• Help maintain, create, and align global Procurement E2E process flowcharts usingMS Visio Pro.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to improve clarity and consistency acrossworkflows and RACI models.
• Receive mentorship from our Quality and Risk mentor, gaining insights intoprocess design and change management.

You’ll gain:

• Understanding of global Procurement governance
• Confidence in cross-functional collaboration

SharePoint Site Refresh & Management

• Organize and update SharePoint sites that communicate Procurement programsand tools.
• Enhance the Buying Portal in collaboration with the Procure-to-Pay team,improving usability and visual appeal.
• Migrate content to the new SharePoint format for better accessibility andengagement.

You’ll gain:

• Experience in SharePoint site design and content management
• Skills in digital communication and user experience
• Ability to simplify complex processes for internal audiences

Power BI Dashboard & Power Automate

• Build dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
• Use Power Automate to streamline workflows, design approval processes, and setup smart notifications.
• Contribute to our change management efforts by improving operational efficiency.

• Hands-on skills in Power BI and Power Automate workflow automation
• Insight into how data drives performance and strategy
