About the mission we offer you: The Indirect Procurement Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing suppliers for non-production goods and services – including categories such as IT, Building & Facilities, HR services, professional services, transportation & logistics and corporate expenses. This role ensures that the company receives high-quality goods and services at competitive prices, in compliance with company procedures and policies, while maintaining supplier relationships and supporting internal stakeholders. Main Accountabilities: Supplier Management Assist with raising NDAs requests when necessary. Assist with supplier follow up on ITBs and POs. Procurement Operation Assist with the creation of Bidder’s List, Bid Opening Form, Commercial Bid Tabulations & Purchase Order modules in procurement tools and manual files. Assist in following up with the approvals in the procurement tools and manual copies. Filing of documents in drive folders. Assist with updating reports. About you: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred). Strong MS Office 356 applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,etc) knowledge. Data analysis and reporting skills.
