Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform failure analysis (FA) in Read Write integration (RWI) area, providing the true FA root cause Perform parametric data analysis in Read Write integration area Initiative/Enhance FA tool to automate process for work efficiency Qualifications REQUIRED: Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Data Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience Skills in Python, R, C, SQL,TCL Experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, and Excel or Software development Knowledge of Hard Disk Drive Knowledge of Digital Transformation SKILLS: Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with a related team Proficient in basic analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, C, SQL) Strong problem-solving, creativity, flexibility, and initiative Leadership abilities and a positive, proactive mindset Additional Information #LI-BI1 WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
