Intern – Product Development (Based at MAS Linea Intimo – Biyagama) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain a centralized digital E‑Fabric library to support fabric management and accessibility. * Support the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions in fabric and product development processes. * Drive the digitalization of operational trackers to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility. * Perform data analysis and generate meaningful insights to support business and operational decisions. * Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives through automation and digital solutions. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Information Technology or a related field. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Fair understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts. * Fundamental knowledge of data structures and algorithms. * Basic understanding of data preprocessing and data analysis techniques. * Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
