Intern – Product Engineering Center (Based at MAS Intimates, Ratmalana) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support solution developments Create presentations Project documentation Perform any other ad hoc duties KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechatronics/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering Programming Knowledge - PLC, Solidworks Strong communication and negotiation skills Mechanical design knowledge & Autonomation knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
The intern will support solution developments, create presentations, and handle project documentation. Additional ad hoc duties may also be assigned.
