Summary of Position Legendary is currently seeking an intern to assist its fast-paced Assets and Archives department. Legendary Assets and Archives is an arm of the Physical Production, Features Department and handles all of the digital and physical assets made, purchased, or created for a features production. In addition to working closely with the executives and members of the team, interns will have the opportunity to attend guest speaker sessions, networking events and screenings. This is a paid internship. Responsibilities Handling, processing, and inventorying items from physical production (Costumes, props, etc.) Scanning and organizing legacy production documents Learn the minutiae of a working production warehouse Requirements Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (Fall/Spring) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess unrestricted work authorization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience using PowerPoint, Excel, and general Microsoft Office applications Legendary Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer.
