Building the workforce of the future…Today. We invite you to be part of our team! Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineering Intern to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in poultry production processes, facility operations, and process improvement initiatives. The intern will assist the Production Engineering team in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production operations. Assist in monitoring and maintaining production line efficiency. Support process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Help analyze production data and prepare reports for management. Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Participate in routine equipment inspections and maintenance schedules. Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Contribute to troubleshooting production issues and recommending solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Production/Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Strong interest in manufacturing operations and process optimization. Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, production planning, or quality control is a plus. This position is based in Pasir Gudang.
