This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands on experience while accelerating your personal development.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making and performance improvement.   * Actively collaborates with stakeholders across projects to ensure effective communication, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.   * Conducts structured assessments and audits to evaluate compliance, identify risks, and recommend process improvements in line with organizational standards.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Graduate or undergraduate with an academic background in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Operations Management. * Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to effectively convey information and engage with stakeholders. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents, data, and presentations. * Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, contributing positively to group objectives and supporting shared success.  
Responsibilities
