Intern ‐ Production (Based at Linea Clothing - Kandy) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assists in planning daily and weekly production schedules based on customer needs to support on-time delivery. * Supports monitoring of the sewing production process to help ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. * Assists in identifying production issues with guidance from IE (Industrial Engineering) and Work Study teams and supports actions to resolve them. * Supports preparation for style changeovers by gathering required information and checking feasibility. * Assists in following 6S and health and safety guidelines to maintain an organized and efficient workplace. * Supports coordination with HR (Human Resources) for basic team-related activities to ensure smooth operations. * Assists in tracking progress and providing updates to the team on production and delivery status.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate or Graduate in Physical Sciences, Textile Engineering, or a related field. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery and attachments along with an understanding of lean production. * Effectively communicate information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing, to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing positively to shared goals and supporting overall team success.
