As a Production & Service Excellence Analyst Intern, you will support global operations and supply chain teams in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. You will contribute to the development of KPI dashboards, data analysis, and process documentation to support strategic initiatives across service and production operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to business intelligence tools, supply chain systems, and cross-functional collaboration within a global manufacturing and IT environment. What you will do Assist in developing and visualizing KPI dashboards using Power BI to support global service and production performance tracking Support the collection, consolidation, and analysis of data from multiple systems and data sources Evaluate and propose effective methods for structuring and managing data to improve reporting and operational insights Contribute to the creation of operational and technical documentation, including data acquisition and reporting processes Support ongoing operations and process improvement projects, gaining exposure to real-world business and supply chain challenges Collaborate with global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, IT teams, and external consultants. What you bring Undergraduate pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline Interest or exposure to data warehousing, data mining, or big data concepts Familiarity with Power BI, Excel cubes, or other BI/reporting tools Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, and data connectors is an advantage Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations with third-party applications or data sources Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a global, cross-functional environment.
