Aquí vas a: • Trabajar en proyectos reales de alto impacto operativo y financiero • Tener exposición a equipos de logística, planeación y manufactura • Resolver problemas complejos del negocio • Desarrollar habilidades analíticas, técnicas y estratégicas • Formar parte de una compañía con mentalidad de start-up + escala global ⸻ 🧠 Áreas y proyectos disponibles Buscamos talento para integrarse en proyectos dentro de: ⸻ 🚚 Logistics & Planning Participarás en iniciativas clave para optimizar la operación, reducir desperdicio y mejorar la eficiencia del negocio. Proyectos destacados: • Business Waste Optimization • Análisis de producto obsoleto (SLOBS) y generación de insights • Desarrollo de reportes y visibilidad para toma de decisiones • Identificación de causas raíz y oportunidades de reducción de waste • Creación de nuevos canales de liquidación • Inventory & Safety Stock Strategy • Definición de niveles óptimos de inventario (SS, Cycle Stock, Transit) • Modelos de análisis para reducción de costos y capital de trabajo • Desarrollo de políticas y frameworks de inventario a nivel nacional • Prisma Project (Data & Analytics aplicado a logística) • Análisis de KPIs operativos (saturación, adherencia, eficiencia de rutas) • Identificación de oportunidades de ahorro y optimización • Construcción de dashboards y automatización de reporting • Desarrollo de modelos analíticos para mejora continua ⸻ ⚙️ Engineering Formarás parte de proyectos enfocados en eficiencia energética y mejora operativa en planta. Proyectos destacados: • Energy Reduction 2026 – Tultitlán • Análisis de consumo energético y costos • Evaluación de nuevas tecnologías y soluciones del mercado • Desarrollo de casos de negocio con retorno de inversión • Propuestas de impacto a corto, mediano y largo plazo ⸻ 🎯 ¿Qué estarás haciendo? Dependiendo del proyecto, podrás: • Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos y generar insights accionables • Construir dashboards y automatizar reportes (Excel, Power BI, Python) • Participar en decisiones estratégicas de operación y supply chain • Diseñar modelos de optimización y eficiencia • Colaborar con stakeholders clave del negocio • Proponer soluciones innovadoras con impacto financiero real ⸻ 📈 ¿Cómo medimos tu impacto?
