Description
Working Hours: Minimum of 32 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Support the new product introduction, including document organization, process tracking, and issue feedback. Assist in establishing production conditions required for new products, such as equipment debugging, process optimization, and resource coordination. Track project progress, update project status regularly, and ensure transparent communication. Maintain efficient communication with R&D, production, and supply chain departments to address project-related issues. Use office tools and AI tools to organize and analyze project-related data to support decision-making optimization. Assist in preparing project-related documentation and reports. Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager. Collaborate with industry experts and cross-departmental teams to rapidly enhance professional and workplace skills. Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM-related field (Mechanical, Electronic, Materials, Automation, etc.), with preference for Data Science. Fluent in read and write English, with the ability to read and write technical documents. Proficient in basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including data processing and analysis functions. Proficient in using basic AI tools or low-code platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, low-code development tools). Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Graduates and recent graduates are preferred, with prior experience in project management or new product development being a plus.
