ROLE: INTERNSHIP (PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand and marketing goals.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters, website, in-mall signage, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Stay updated on trends in to craft innovative campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Traffic and Engagement Campaigns:
- Plan and implement campaigns to drive traffic and online engagement, including seasonal promotions, events, and special activations.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
Digital Marketing and Analytics:
- Manage social media accounts and optimize digital campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive SEO and content marketing efforts to enhance the mall’s online visibility.
Partnerships and Events:
- Coordinate with external partners, local businesses, and community organizations to host events and promotions.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives within the mall.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving maximum ROI.
