In this role, you will support our Purchasing department in strengthening and supporting our purchasing operations. What you will do: Order Processing: Oversee the purchasing order process, from requisition to receipt, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and savings, providing analysis and recommendations to management. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards regarding procurement practices. Vendor Pool Maintenance: maintain suppliers and vendors in our system. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and efficient procurement. Supplier Evaluation: Regularly evaluate supplier performance, ensuring products are of high quality, delivered on time, and meet contractual agreements. What you will bring: Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. Studies in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP) and procurement software. Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
