As part of our Internal Firm Services (IFS) team, interns will gain hands-on exposure to business operations, HR processes, consulting-style projects, and data-driven insights that support the Academy’s mission of delivering impactful learning experiences. Role Overview We are seeking motivated interns to join PwC’s Academy under IFS. This internship provides practical experience in Business Operations, Human Resources, and Data Insights, while also developing leadership and consulting skills through real-world projects and collaboration with professionals. Possible Placements: Interns will be assigned to one of the following units based on business needs and candidate strengths. Key Responsibilities Business Operations Assist in coordinating Academy programs, events, and communications. Support consulting-style projects by analyzing challenges and proposing process improvements. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, demonstrating clear recommendations. Maintain and update databases of participants, feedback, and programme records. Assist in preparing reports and summaries of programme outcomes. Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. Human Resources & Leadership Development Assist in designing and delivering learning programs that build leadership capabilities. Collaborate with teams to foster inclusive and effective workplace practices. Gain insights into PwC’s Future Skills curriculum (digital, leadership, sustainability, human skills). Shadow senior team members to understand client needs and programme design. Contribute ideas for improving programme delivery and participant experience. Coordinate logistics for workshops, training sessions, and client events. Prepare training materials, handouts, and digital resources for participants. Provide on-the-ground support to trainers and facilitators during live sessions (virtual and in-person). Data Insights & Analytics Collect, clean, and analyze program and participant data. Develop dashboards and reports to measure program effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to improve decision-making and enhance learning outcomes. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related fields. Strong interest in leadership development and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
