KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the team in ensuring First Time Through (FTT) for all product styles to help maintain a smooth production flow. * Participate in regular meetings with internal teams to discuss quality-related issues and help with basic, fact-based problem solving. * Help implement and follow basic continuous improvement initiatives to simplify work processes, gain and apply basic knowledge of product and process requirements, such as fit, construction, performance, durability, and raw materials. * Work closely with Team Leaders and Group Leaders and learn through on-the-job coaching and guidance. * Assist Value Stream Executives, Industrial Engineers, and Autonomation Engineers in digitization and automation initiatives during product integration. * Support the team in ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Help understand end-consumer expectations and assist in developing simple, error‑proof processes to prevent quality issues.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate or Graduate in Engineering/Statistics/Mathematics. * Product oriented with an attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal & communication skills.  * Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
Responsibilities
The intern will support the quality assurance team in maintaining production flow and ensuring products meet customer specifications. They will also assist in digitization and automation initiatives while participating in continuous improvement efforts.
