JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join our Quality team. As an intern, you will play an instrumental role in enhancing our operations by developing and implementing an electronic training system for our Operations team members, and organizing our operations by creating a master specification for all items and materials used in Operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with training systems and specification documentation is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop an Electronic Training System: Design and implement a comprehensive electronic training system for our Operations team members. This includes creating training modules, setting up a user-friendly interface, and ensuring the system is easily accessible and efficient.
  • Organize Operations with a Master Specification: Create a Master Specification tool that outlines all items and materials used in Operations. This involves cataloging, standardizing, and organizing specifications to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
