Intern ‐ Quality Based at Bodyline Trading, Horana The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. It brings together broad expertise in fit, comfort, performance, and aesthetics to serve leading global brands at scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making and performance improvement. * Actively collaborates with stakeholders across projects to ensure effective communication, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. * Conducts structured assessments and audits to evaluate compliance, identify risks, and recommend process improvements in line with organizational standards. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * A Graduate or Undergraduate in Engineering/Statistics/Mathematics. * Product oriented with attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
