Knowledge of RAN, LTE, NR, and radio network architecture. Experience with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Excel) and dashboards. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with AI/ML in radio data analytics. Familiarity with KPI optimization and predictive modeling.
