* 负责工艺文件（SOP、WI、PFMEA、Control Plan等）的整理、更新及标准化管理 Responsible for organizing, updating, and standardizing process documents (e.g., SOP, Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plan) * 支持内部审核、客户审核及第三方审核的准备与资料提供 Support preparation and documentation for internal, customer, and third-party audits * 参与工艺合规性检查，识别偏差并推动整改闭环 Participate in process compliance checks, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective actions * 协助整理审核问题清单（Findings）及改善跟踪 Assist in consolidating audit findings and tracking corrective action implementation * 支持现场工艺优化及持续改善活动（Kaizen/Lean项目） Support process optimization and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen/Lean initiatives) * 协助分析生产问题（如良率、效率、异常）并提供数据支持 Assist in analyzing production issues (yield, efficiency, abnormalities) with data support * 参与标准工时、产能及流程优化分析 Participate in cycle time, capacity, and process flow analysis * 协助解决日常生产过程中的工艺问题 Assist in troubleshooting daily process issues on the production floor * 支持新产品导入（NPI）中的工艺准备与验证 Support process preparation and validation during new product introduction (NPI) QUALIFICATIONS: * College degree or above.大专以上学位。 * Familiar with Office熟练使用Office办公软件 * Basic English reading and writing skills (handling English documents and emails)具备基础英文读写能力（处理英文文档、处理邮件） * Clear in logic and good at establishing systematic work processes逻辑清晰，善于建立系统性工作流程 Ralliant Corporation Overview Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology. Responsibilities

The intern will manage and standardize process documents such as SOPs and PFMEAs while supporting internal and external audits. They will also assist in process optimization, production issue analysis, and the validation of new product introductions.
