We operate in around 65 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index. Job Description Key Responsibilities Database Management: Maintain and audit the Real Estate Asset Database, ensuring all contract details, key dates (breaks/expirations), and asset dimensions are 100% accurate. System Correlation & Compliance: Perform regular data reconciliation between Sequentra (RE Database) and Contavio (IFRS16 accounting tool) to ensure financial reporting matches our physical lease reality. Stakeholder Coordination: Proactively reach out to local teams across Glovo’s markets to collect missing documentation or clarify data discrepancies. Document Governance: Audit and organize shared folders (Google Drive/Sharepoint) to ensure all executed contracts and legal amendments are properly filed and easy to locate. Migration Support: Act as a key contributor in the transition from Sequentra to Tango, assisting with data mapping, cleaning, and validation during the migration phases. Qualifications What You Bring to the Table Background: Currently pursuing or recently finished a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Engineering. Analytical Mindset: You love a good spreadsheet. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a high attention to detail (nothing escapes your notice). Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills are a must. Previous experience with CRM/ERP/Database tools (like Sequentra, Contavio, or Tango) is a huge plus. Communication: Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). You are confident in "chasing" information from stakeholders across different countries. Proactivity: You don’t wait for tasks; you identify where the data is messy and propose ways to clean it up. We are always looking for the best candidates, so if you think you would be a good fit even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements we would love to hear from you! Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable. We believe driven talent deserves: Monthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings! Discounts on transportation, food, and even kindergarten expenses. Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year! Enhanced parental leave, and office-based nursery. Online therapy and wellbeing benefits to ensure your mental well-being.
