What the day will look like Request and gather detailed information for incoming claims from clients and reinsurers to ensure accurate processing. Prepare statements of account (SOA) for reconciliation and follow up with reinsurers or clients on outstanding items. Request billing letters and DGT documents for overseas settlement to support timely claim transactions. Indicate and categorize incoming emails and claim notifications from clients and reinsurers (e.g. PLA, DLA, or queries) to ensure proper routing and handling. Assist the claims team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support smooth daily operations. Skills and experience that will lead to success: Fresh graduate, penultimate or final year student in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently when needed, as well as collaborate as part of a team. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
