Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an Intern - Research Digital Support to join Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions team on a Casual basis until 18 December 2026. The Digital Solutions Applications team have a great opportunity which would be ideal for a 3rd or 4th year University Student. This is a casual role working approximately 16 hours per week which involves providing Research Digital Support to front line to REDcap users (researchers) by offering technical and training support for using REDcap, setting up projects and advising best practice for data security. This role is to ensure that Researchers can effectively and securely use REDCap to support their projects by providing technical and training support and that the REDCap system performs to user expectations; is secure and accessible; and service levels are adhered to ensuring user satisfaction. Ō pūmanawa - About you We are looking for someone who has exposure to research environments, preferably human research, with an understanding of how data is collected and used. The ideal candidate will be comfortable helping others with technical or system‑related issues, even if they are not an expert in every area. Key requirements: * Experience (UX) skills related to data entry, survey design, or research instrument design, or a willingness to learn these skills. * Confidence in training or coaching others on technical tools or digital solutions. * Knowledge of research ethics approval processes.    Role Description: Click here to see further information, including salary details.
