DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities of the intern include: Analysis/Reporting Assist in delivering technical & analytical support to provide data-driven performance insights on revenue management metrics Assist in creation of reports and dashboards for deeper analysis required to determine factors that impact performance and provide analytical support to Revenue Management leadership Support/drive ad-hoc projects as needed assigned by the team Field Engagement Assist in consolidating presentation materials for the monthly field webinar (including slides, videos as needed) Create communications templates and assist in written communications, updating intranet pages o Assist in updating training material Inter-Departmental Collaborate with other departments in executing relevant revenue management initiatives JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES You should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the hospitality industry with the following key competencies and skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to analyze and interpret basic financial/market data. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and creativity. Detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive, ability to perform well under pressure. Take initiative and act quickly to support and deliver projects in a professional manner. Ability to learn new technologies easily Ability to multi-task with organizational & time management skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Proficient in SQL and Python for data wrangling and processing, with strong experience in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau Experienced in video editing QUALIFICATION STANDARD Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and accounting, statistics or hospitality management preferred Requirements: Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.
