Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professional.

As an Intern, Sales and Marketing you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experience team members.

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and assist with meeting preparations.
  • Pricing & Product Analysis: Support pricing evaluations and help identify relevant product portfolios.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in trade shows to enhance market presence.
  • Commercial Reporting: Manage regular sales and business performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., daily sales reports, monthly reviews).
  • Market Intelligence: Generate sales leads, analyze competitors and key customers, and compile data on market potential.
  • CIP Project: Undertake a mid-term project (minimum 3 months) as part of Bosch’s Continuous Improvement Program to enhance sales, customer service, or internal processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to work full time for a period of 6 months (01.05.2025 to 30.11.2025)
  • Undergraduate studying Business, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related courses
  • High interest and passion to work in a dynamic, people-focused Sales environment (actual Sales / Account Management / Customer Service experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills, systematic approach and interest to work with numbers
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Positive & pro-active work ethic, must be a self-starter
  • Must be able to work independently and function well as a team player
  • English fluency a must; knowledge of other languages (German or Asian languages) a plus
  • Practical experience with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
