We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious candidate to join us on our clients desk. During your internship period you will shadow and interact with Client team members and learn about the intricacies of a market that never sleeps. We thrive in a work hard play hard culture. Duties & Responsibilities Support the end-to-end sales process: lead qualification, CRM updates, proposal preparation, and follow-ups Build and maintain accurate customer database Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline reviews Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support territory planning Assist in drafting client-facing materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, pricing quotes Coordinate sales events, client meetings, and demo schedules Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaign-to-lead handoff Ad-hoc projects to improve sales efficiency (e.g., process documentation, automation ideas) Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree (any discipline; Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, STEM preferred) Strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English Knowledge of CRM is a strong advantage Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Immediate availability or availability within 2–4 weeks is preferred As one of the leading Web3 innovators, Hex Trust offers a front-row seat in the ever-changing blockchain & crypto industry.
