IT Security Operations Support Assist in user access management activities, including access requests, revocation tracking, and documentation. Support privileged ID (PID) management and periodic access review exercises. Help maintain security logs, trackers, and evidence repositories for audit purposes. 2. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Support preparation of audit evidence for internal and external audits (e.g. ITGC, regulatory reviews). Assist in tracking audit findings, action items, and remediation status. Help maintain and update IT security policies, standards, and SOP documentation. 3. Cybersecurity & Awareness Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, newsletters, posters, and internal communications. Assist in coordination of cyber drills / tabletop exercises and post‑exercise documentation. Help compile basic security metrics and dashboards for reporting. 4. Documentation & Administration Maintain organised records for security exceptions, access forms, and approvals. Assist with meeting minutes, trackers, and status updates for IT Security & Governance meetings. Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks related to IT security governance.
