Mentorship: Interns have a mentor and buddy to help answer any questions and work alongside during your internship Responsibilities Position Purpose: We are looking for a self-motivated, inquisitive, and technology-inclined graduate to join IT Service Management team and learn about ServiceNow platform development for the rapidly maturing Governance, Process and Service Management department at StoneX. In ITSM Team we are responsible for managing and enhancing ServiceNow platform to maximize business value of the product for our stakeholders. Our product roadmap is full of interesting initiatives challenging the accepted ways of doing things and looking for ideas to optimize and automate processes. Primary duties will include: Development and administration of ServiceNow platform - a market-leading platform for IT Service Management Participate in design, build, development and customization of ServiceNow Platform Contribute to creating technical documentation of the platform as well as knowledge articles and “how to” guides for business stakeholders Partner with and learn from Business Analyst, Developers, Architects, IT Managers, and Process Owners on active initiatives This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary Qualifications Technology Ecosystem: ServiceNow Platform (Now Platform) is an industry leader for managing IT/non-IT processes within any organization. Some examples of technology stack in use include: JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, CSS Low-code / No-code solutions Integration solutions: REST/SOAP LDAP, Active Directory, Azure Services StoneX Essential Qualifications Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion Sound verbal/written communication abilities Effective interpersonal skills Sense of urgency Honesty, curiosity, and tenacity Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail The confidence to fail Early Careers Requirements Pursuing a bachelor’s or masters degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and finishing university by December 2026-August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university) Available for a July 2026 start date for a 13-week program Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) Must be authorized to work in Poland for any employer Working environment: 4 days in the office, 1 day at home
