As a Software Engineering Intern at LayerZero Power Systems, you will develop internal and external programs that aid in mission-critical products such as Static Transfer Switches and Power Distribution Units. Key Responsibilities: Own your project from concept and design to testing and deployment. Develop and maintain internal applications to interface with power hardware. Build scripts and tools to aid in software development. Design automated testing software to identify bugs in firmware and prevent system crashes in data center environments. Participate in code review with full-time engineers to ensure quality. Requirements Requirements *** THIS JOB IS ON-SITE AND REQUIRES YOU TO LIVE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO OUR AURORA OH LOCATION*** Technical Skills Required: Programming experience in C/C++, Python, and/or JavaScript. Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded Linux, or bare-metal development. Hobby experience in programming or electronics is highly preferred.
