Job Description Understand Engine Control System Software technical requirements & PW processes of Engine Control Design, Development & Testing Develop design concepts from the requirements and select best solutions using trade-off techniques Apply engineering tools and techniques in day-to-day activities Implement the Designs in Model Based or Software environments Develop Test Cases, Procedures & Automated Scripts to verify the Software is meeting the requirements Load & Test the Software on the Controller Hardware and analyze the data and confirm the SW is working per expectation Participate as an active member in cross-discipline integrated product teams to provide design solutions that balance performance, cost, schedule, and quality requirements Embrace a continuous improvement philosophy. Ability to write clear documentation, as well as to create and provide impactful, persuasive technical presentations to internal and external customers.
