Intern ‐ Sourcing (BASED AT KREEDA - BIYAGAMA) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist in style, QRS card preparation, sample tag printing and sample dispatching. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in producing the VAS Packing chart and sharing it with plant teams within the 1st week after SO form freeze. Assist with validating the details of VAS Packing items during the 2nd week after SO form freeze. based on shared plant data. Assist with consolidating all VAS-related information during the 2nd week after SO form freeze. Coordinate with suppliers and the customer for carton artwork creation and approval within two weeks (from the SO freezing date) Assist in creating new M/Cs for newly identified VAS Packing items with the System team by the 2nd week after SO form freeze. Support the finalization of the VAS Packing chart for the sourcing team during the 2nd week after SO form freeze. Update the Special Sewing Items interchange chart weekly based on SO form readings. Communicate newly identified Special Sewing Items to the Devo team within the 1st week after SO form freeze. Ensure timely communication of newly identified Accounts & Label Names/Codes with PCU/Quality/Devo/Other teams. Notify teams (PCU/Devo/Plant/Quality) regarding any SO forms-related changes weekly. Assist in monitoring buy processing standards, ensuring 100% on-time PO placement. Support team coordination with suppliers for critical delays and risk mitigation strategies (e.g., peak seasons, supplier challenges). Help resolve vendor-related issues by supporting action plans and process improvements. Communicate replacement, internal cost and any other information associated with RM quality issue on time. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Graduate or undergraduate in Supply chain, Management or Textile manufacturing. Fluency in English and Good negotiation skills. Sound knowledge Excel and Power BI.
Responsibilities
