INTERN – SOURCING & SUPPLY CHAIN (Based at MAS Linea Intimo - Biyagama) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. With a strong focus on innovation, MAS is advancing wearable technology that tracks fitness and workout analytics while blending advanced sportswear with fashion and aesthetic appeal. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * To engage with the current projects handling by yarn tech team. * To maintain records and make reports for the tracking status of projects * Engaging with suppliers for yarn developments under the leadership guidance KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Textile, Polymer, Material Science, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth. * Knowledge of the Supply chain * Proficiency in MS office Package and Power BI Application. * Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the yarn tech team by engaging in current projects and maintaining tracking records and reports. Additionally, they will collaborate with suppliers for yarn developments under professional guidance.
