You’ll play an important role in helping us stay visible in the community while also assisting with lead follow-up and basic office support. Responsibilities: Run local errands and assist with general agency needs Distribute marketing materials (door hangers, drop-offs at local businesses/apartments, etc.) Make outbound calls to leads and help update lead tracking sheets Assist with lead follow-up and basic customer outreach Support the team with light administrative and organizational tasks Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow Qualifications: Reliable and able to manage responsibilities independently Comfortable being on the phone and speaking with people Organized and detail-oriented Willing to take direction and follow through on tasks Positive attitude and strong work ethic Schedule & Compensation: Part-time position (flexible hours) Hourly pay (based on experience) Great opportunity to gain real-world experience in marketing, sales, and business operations
