Responsibilities
  • Comprehending the details of the project assigned
  • Assist with outreach initiatives to recruit new teams and volunteers
  • Participate in organizing workshops, webinars, or online sessions for participants.
  • Support communication efforts, including writing social media posts, newsletters, or blog content to engage the DI community.
  • Support in planning and executing events, including regional, state, and global competitions.
  • Help with logistics like scheduling, registration, and managing volunteers.
  • Assist in preparing materials and coordinating communications with participants, parents, and team managers.
  • Support the recruitment and training of volunteers for events.
  • Participate in team discussions on improving current programming and challenges.
