Job Description Job Responsibilities: Conduct market research and business / investment feasibility on platform M&A deal opportunities. Assist the team in macro & research support to maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data. Assist the team in constructing financial models for support investment decisions and strategic planning. Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns. Assist the team in preparing business / investment approval materials. Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises. Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Skills in using Bloomberg will be advantageous. Possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a positive attitude and passion to acquire new knowledge. Individual who is detail-oriented, meticulous and able to identify the big picture.
