About the Role :Strategy Manager (Social and Marketplace products - Dostt,Eaze,Astro) We are looking for a Strategy Manager who can own revenue growth and P&L-critical initiatives across multiple businesses. This role blends high-level strategic thinking (60%) with hands-on execution (40%) in areas like pricing, payments, and operational optimization. The person will also lead cross-functional teams (supply operations, customer support, and project pods) to drive impact end-to-end. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or similar disciplines Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (familiarity with basic SQL or other data tools is advantageous) Capable of organizing problems and articulating insights effectively Excellent presentation and documentation abilities (PPT / Google Slides) Adaptable to working in a dynamic startup environment Exhibits curiosity, a sense of ownership, and a strong desire to learn
