We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Verification Test System Design Organization as a Systems Engineer - Test Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for creating system architectures to support verification and test of engine development programs. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to create and integrate models as part of the systems engineering development process. What You Will Do Responsibilities may include working on tasks related to commercial engines, military engines or both depending on business need. May be required to obtain a security clearance. Developing familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, SysML (graphical modeling language) and Magic Grid methodology Gaining exposure to jet propulsion design and test basics Learning, refining, and creating Verification and Validation MBSE frameworks and methods – can include optimizing with coded scripts or AI tools Supporting the creation of Verification/Validation models for programs as needed Creating model libraries to support future engine program modeling efforts Being a change agent promoting disciplined, model-based systems engineering within the Validation organization and throughout Pratt & Whitney What You Will Learn Engineering Interns at Pratt & Whitney work on challenging, meaningful, and impactful projects across our business. Responsibilities
