Work with our global Supply Chain Team! Our Supply Chain team is part of a Cloud Technology Group. We support Cloud Technology Group organizations so that they can deploy and maintain the Akamai Network. We act as key business partners managing Akamai's network equipment which includes, but is not limited to- import/export, procurement, warehousing, distribution, certification, customs regulations compliance, shipping, transportation, advance exchange, repairs, and asset end of life. As a participant in our program, you will gain valuable experience and contribute through meaningful project work. You will have the opportunity to join us for training, networking events, and engagements with company leadership. Our internships are open to students and graduates. Start: July 1st Duration: 6 months Salary: 36 PLN gross/h Apply Your Skills To Real-world Supply Chain Problems Collaborating with manufacturers, carriers, and vendors, you will contribute to the many functions of our global Supply Chain organization. You will perform reporting and analysis to ensure smooth operations, supported by an experienced international team. In this globally connected role, you'll help us scale efficiently and drive operational excellence across regions. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will be responsible for: Assisting in collecting and organizing customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, entry summaries, airway bills, etc.) Supporting trade compliance initiatives, including HTS and ECCN classification reviews and duty optimization efforts Supporting data analysis related to freight, customs duties, and supplier performance metrics Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for ongoing projects and business reviews Auditing reports from vendors / warehouses Checking the product details/documentation and obtaining the required information from the vendors Maintaining internal databases to ensure that service-line agreements are followed and to review information accuracy Entering requisitions to secure inventory in deployment warehouses with a global team Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Be studying or have completed a program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Have excellent Excel skills and confidence working with data Demonstrate good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Be detail-oriented and capable of performing highly accurate work Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Work in a way that works for you Our 6-month intern program starts in July. The program requires you to be available 40 hours per week during summer months (July-September). We offer the opportunity to work part-time during the academic year (October-December). This is a flexible role and may be performed at your home and/or the local Akamai office (in the country advertised).
