About the Role: The Supply Chain Intern will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations within our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze supply chain data, identify process improvements, and contribute to efficient product flow from suppliers to customers. Minimum Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. * Previous internship or project experience related to supply chain or logistics. * Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. * Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. * Basic knowledge of transportation and warehouse management. Responsibilities: * Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. * Support procurement activities by communicating with suppliers and tracking order statuses. * Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. * Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of products. * Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations for management. Skills: The required skills such as analytical thinking and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for daily tasks like data analysis, inventory tracking, and report generation. Strong communication skills enable the intern to effectively collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations.
