Job Description 💼 Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Supply Chain Management, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members. 🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities) • Participate in bottleneck management and the preparation of weekly reviews of pending order status with suppliers for Supply Chain Project analysis. • Support S&OP Supply Validation, including collection, compilation, and analysis of purchase orders, purchase forecasts, and vendor delivery performance to identify process enhancements for Data analytics & reporting. • Track KPI status. • Conduct Power BI analysis. • Develop automation solutions including MS Excel Power Query and Power BI dashboards to automate manual processes and create performance tracking dashboards. • Support source planners on procurement-to-pay processes and operations, gaining hands-on experience with the SAP module and Power BI for Supply Planning. Qualifications 👤 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills) • Able to work full-time for a period of a minimum of 6 months, preferably. • Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations. • Proficient in MS Office, including Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query). • Proficient in Power BI. • Knowledge of SAP ERP and Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) is preferred. • Knowledge of International Ocean freight Export/Import shipping processes and documentation requirements, including Dangerous Cargo is preferred. • Problem-solving skills: meticulous with numbers, with a systematic way of tracking and prioritizing tasks, and the ability to interpret and present data with business acumen. • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, to effectively collaborate with international stakeholders and clearly convey technical information. • Passionate about Supply Chain operations.
