Job Description - Coordinate with Customer Service/Warehouse team to plan daily deliveries - Arrange transportation booking with trucking supplier - Monitor loading progress and ensure timely delivery to customers - Follow up on supplier invoice - and submission invoice to Finance - Create Purchase Order based on Purchase Request and procurement price list -Tracking order status and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders - Handover material/service to end user with proper documentation and sign off - Filling completed purchasing document - Submit original document to finance for payment processing Qualifications - Currently pursuing or fresh graduate student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, business Administration, or Operations management.
