JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations by supporting data analysis, data cleanup, and documentation within the Supply Chain department. Your contributions will be vital in preparing for the transition to the Business Central ERP system.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Familiarity with ERP and / or ETQ systems is a plus.
Data Cleanup: Identify and rectify outdated, redundant, or incorrect data within the ERP and Supply Chain systems to maintain data integrity.
Data Entry and Validation: Accurately input, update, and verify data in the ERP system to ensure completeness and reliability.
Supplier Documentation: Assist in data collection efforts by supporting and contributing to the organization and maintenance of supplier documentation.
Vendor Communication: Coordinate with suppliers to gather necessary documentation, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
Project Assistance: Provide support for various ERP-related projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful execution and implementation.
