Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to drive global external stakeholder engagements with consultants and suppliers (eg. Global sustainability programs - waste management and responsible sourcing, decarbonisation solutions, GSTC certification, etc.).
  • Assist to drive global internal stakeholder engagements with global colleagues, properties and HQ functions (e.g. Sharing sessions, events, trainings, surveys, etc.).
  • Assist in ESG data related tasks (e.g. Analysis, Reporting, Benchmarking, Cleaning, Presentation, etc.).
  • Conduct research and subsequent presentation preparation on sustainability related topics.
  • Provide support to the team on special projects when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Sustainability but other disciplines are welcome too.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to demonstrate initiative, ownership and a “can do” attitude.
  • An independent worker who is also a team player; has good organisational and planning skills, analytical and meticulous.
  • Ability to work constructively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders whilst managing multiple priorities.
