We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (f/m/x) to join our Country Operations Team, that is responsible for talent management and talent development in the local and international markets, as well as shaping the organizational culture, driving headcount effectiveness and company growth in our AUTO1 Group People (former HR) Department. In this department we shape the way we work and help our team grow. The People colleagues are important partners for the various business units and act as consultants and service providers, actively shaping the culture and future of our company.
AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform. We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de and AUTO1.com.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Preferably you are a student or have an academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Project Management or in another relevant field but it’s not a must!
  • First experience or strong interest in talent acquisition, start-up environment, an affinity for entrepreneurship and/or the automotive industry are preferable
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills paired with good knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a curious & problem-solving mindset
  • You speak German and English fluently (Czech is a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Be part of our international Talent Acquisition Team and work on recruitment projects to find the best talents for the AUTO1 Group
  • Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment with the focus on our “Production” area and approach our talents in Czech, German and English
  • Take on research projects and find innovative ways to attract and find candidates
  • Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends
