We are currently seeking an Intern - Talent Acquisition to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.   Successful candidates will be offered 6 to 8 months of internship.        About the Job An internship program aimed at developing young talents in Talent Acquisition Operations, Strategy, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.   Main Accountabilities -           Assist the Manager in all aspects of Talent Acquisition Operations and D&I activities for APAC countries. -           Monitor and track campaign progress (by country) to ensure all campaigns are completed as per target and deadlines set. -           Ensure close communication with the respective country representatives on the campaign progress and updates. -           Highlight to the Manager on any feedback from the country representative in any query, concerns or challenges faced by the respective countries. -           Assist in promoting all the campaigns under the scope of TA including arrangement of briefings and weekly/monthly teams meetings. -           Assist in preparing promotional communication tools, materials, emails, videos or yammer updates.   About You We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: MUST HAVE:                                                                                       •           Pursuing Master Degree in Business Administration (prefered) or currently pursuing degree in BA. •           Ability to speak and write good english •           People person and able to speak to all level of people •           Good presentation skill •           Excellent with Microsoft Office – Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Words. •           Fast learner and able to keep up with tight deadlines.                                                                                                                                                                                  GOOD TO HAVE         Good skill in photo or filming as part of preparing the campaign promotion materials. Good problem solver and able to take charge and lead small team/project.   What’s next?
