Intern – Talent Attraction (Based at Battaramulla) MAS is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Support the coordination of career fairs, university engagements, skill development programs Support the coordination of Employer Branding activities. Support with the day-to-day activities for the talent attraction team. Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies: Undergraduate in Business, HR, Marketing or related discipline who’s eager to learn, collaborate, and create meaningful impact. Energetic & outgoing Good communication skills Able to support the team in executing projects.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the coordination of career fairs, university engagements, and skill development programs. Additionally, they will assist with Employer Branding activities and day-to-day tasks for the talent attraction team.
