Intern - Technical (Based at MDS - Rathmalana) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in pattern making using both manual and systems Support the pattern grading process under the guidance of senior technicians Participate in customer fit sessions and contribute to fit-related improvements Perform sample measurements to ensure accuracy and alignment with technical specifications KEY REQUIREMENTS Pursuing an undergraduate degree in NDT, Textile, or Diploma in SLITA, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth. Knowledge in Gerber system and prior pattern making related experience will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft package, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently. Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations that convey ideas clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

Assist in pattern making and support the pattern grading process under senior technicians' guidance. Participate in customer fit sessions and perform sample measurements to ensure accuracy.
