Intern - Technical (BASED AT VAANAVIL - KILINOCHCHI) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support continuously by looking for automation options to de-skill the operation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reduce the machine presetting time. Reduce the pre training time. Reduce the team member focus training time. Support continuously by looking for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage and ensure the availability of the Tech Pack. Improve the 1st three-days Team member capacity. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Following a Degree /Diploma in Textile and Apparel Engineering. Strong analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

The intern will focus on reducing machine presetting time and pre-training time. They will also look for automation options to improve operations at the Pre-Production stage.
