This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands-on experience while accelerating your personal development.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Engagement in ongoing development projects in the team. * Actively engage with relevant stakeholders and commitment to meet the defined timelines and targets. * Analytical support with data driven solutions * Support the pattern grading process under the guidance of senior technicians * Participate in customer fit sessions and contribute to fit-related improvements * Perform sample measurements to ensure accuracy and alignment with technical specifications   KEY REQUIREMENTS  * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Textile and Apparel, Statistics or Diploma Qualification (NDT) background, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth. * Basic Pattern Making skills. * Knowledge and capability in Analytical Tools, Data management and Project management skills would be an added advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft package, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
Responsibilities
The intern will engage in ongoing development projects, collaborate with stakeholders to meet targets, and provide analytical support using data-driven solutions. Responsibilities also include supporting pattern grading and performing sample measurements for accuracy.
